  I called for My Dog to get a appt because a friend referred Me to this Vet and I read the great reviews. If I could give this Vet clinic a. -0 Rating I Would!!! The person who answered the Phone was Sooo Rude to Me I couldn't Believe It!!! I don't know How this Clinic got Such Great Reviews!!! I was new to the Area and didn't have a Vet Yet and My 11 year Old Boxer was having some very infrequent on and off Pain, He was eating and drinking and going Potty Fine. I was checking Lucky My Dog Out from Head to Toe for days and didn't See Anything Wrong w Him but occasionally He would Yelp, So I figured I'd get him checked Out and see if He needed any Medication. This Lady Treated Me like I was a Terrible Owner because She wanted to send Me to the 24 hour Emergency care because they were"Booked" All I wanted was for the Vet to exam My Dog and see if He needed any Medication. It was NOT a Emergency. I Could of waited for a Appointment.If I Thought it was a Emergency I wouldn't have called them for a appt!! I would went right to the 24 hour Vet. I have had animals All My Life and I give them the BEST CARE EVER!!!! And to be treated like I was a Bad Owner by this person I couldn't Believe it!!! I will NEVER Go to this Vet EVER!!!!! The Vet Can Thank His Ever So Rude Receptionist.And I Will Tell ALL My Friends on the RUDE Treatment I Received!!!! Too Bad for that Vet Because I was gonna make appts For ALL My FurBabies at at His Clinic, which I have 2 cats and My Boy Lucky The 11 year Old Boxer. Sincerely Dana Hughes
