He helps his clients with a calm and steady presence, no matter how difficult or overwhelming the topic or frantic I felt I always knew 'Dr. Lou' would be there with a calm and encouraging word. Dr. Lou's support helped me to regain my life, to go from being a person dependent on disability to working full time, graduating college and pursuing a graduate degree.
