- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awful experience. Stay away. Paula the insurance billing rep doesn't have a clue what she is doing. She screwed up my predetermination of benefits and then they expected me to pay $2769 of a $3050 surgery and told me the morning of the surgery. This is after I find out that they are indeed an in network provider! I am in the nursing profession and my husband is a doctor as well, stay away from this practice they are a disgrace to the medical community!April 06, 2017by Gary Gearhart
