  Just called in an attempt to set up an appointment to meet with a Hematologist and was treated horribly. The woman in scheduling (she sounds older) is completely miserable. This completely soured my experience before I even set foot into the office to see a doctor. My insurance referred me here to see their Hematologists due to how close they are to me, I'm making a longer trip elsewhere to be treated with respect. She grilled me over the phone as to why "I thought" I needed a blood test done, she said "Are you anemic or somethin'?" at which I told her I was referred by a Primary Care doctor to see what's wrong with my platelets. Completely unprofessional. I won't visit an office that doesn't prioritize ALL of their employees treating ALL patients, prospective or not, with respect.
