- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪While Dr. Malhotra himself is friendly, I will never go back to this office because of his staff and all the nursing students he has working for him. I went to see him for a sore throat and was told by the nurses that it looked like my throat was fine but I had an ear infection, high blood pressure, and a heart murmur. I was practically in tears by the time the doctor came in (at which point I had 4 nurses all in my room) and assured me everything checked out fine and prescribed me an antibiotic for my sore throat. I didn't have an ear infection I don't have a heart murmur And my blood pressure was a little high at the time because I was in pain. I didn't appreciate them acting like I had all these things wrong with me and not addressing the issue I was there for. Perhaps if only one nurse came into a patients room, instead of 4 there wouldn't have been an hour and a half wait for my appointment!March 20, 2017by Jenn S
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Doctor is very thorough howevwr his officw staff is horrid. They dont have patients charts out updated and ready to go. They will have you waiting hours for a appointment because the doctor got back logged but you better be on time or you wont be seen. We are getting a different doctor they have had 3 times of doing things right and mess up all the time. Also they referred us to a doctor then never sent the insurance referral through til the day of my Moms appointment while we were there Really......March 07, 2017by Tracy Lynn
