- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Do not use this sham of a practice! I have been a patient for 2.5 years now and every time I go they find and excuse to cut me open and the specimen ALWAYS comes back negative. This isn't even the worst part. After a previous visit I was billed by a lab for doing the biopsy. Had it gone through Quest Diagnostics I would have been covered 100% with no out of pocket. After the first time not using Quest I was assured by both my doctor and the staff that they would only be using Quest. This was reconfirmed the last time I went in and they cut out yet another "suspicious" specimen. Lo and behold I get another bill for $50 from a lab other than Quest (negative of course). When I called Bay to ask why this happened they informed me that it didn't matter what my doctor or her staff had promised me, they had the right to use any lab they chose and too bad for me. Needless to say they have lost a client and I find their methods HIGHLY questionable!!June 30, 2017by Bill Pack
